If you feel ill, or experience flu-like symptoms, MWRTA urges you to stay home and avoid travel. All Catch Connect vehicles are fully accessible, and drivers are thoroughly trained in customer service and ADA requirements. If you are not able to use the app, you may call to book a trip - you must be ready at the time you call to be picked up (no advanced reservations accepted). Once the vehicle arrives, please board and you will be quickly taken to your destination. Please be sure to stand in a safe, visible location so our driver can find you. Once your trip is assigned to a vehicle, you will be provided with an ETA of the vehicle's arrival, and be able to track the vehicle as it makes its way to you.
